TECHNICAL CHARACTERS:
- Spindle is supported by Super Precision Bearings with Preload to improve stability.
- Superior Grade Cast Iron and High rigidity and stable structure for precision grinding.
- Flat circular table guideways are precision hand scraped, coated with Antifriction Turcite B Lines material, Precision Flat circular bearing runs in submerged oil in the table ben.
- Heavy Duty Rigid Box Type Construction, Wide V & Flat Guideways are precision hand scraped, coated with Antifriction Turcite B Lines material. A large diameter Feed screw is mounted close to the ways and in between the drive motor and maid spindle.
- Automatic continuous lubrication on all slideways and leadscrews.
- The control simplifies set-up, grinding operations and convenient central control panel includes all buttons and switches.
