This series of machine are mainly used for high-precision double-sided lapping/ polishing of thin-sheetparts made of silicon carbide, sapphire, gallium nitride, zirconium oxide, silicon nitride, beryllium nitride,aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride ceramics and other materials, and can achieve high-precision processingrequirements on both planes of parts.
MAIN FEATURES
- Four motors independently driven, stepless speed regulation,stable operation, no impact, small vibration, excellent processadaptability.
- The upper plate adopts the airbag pressure loading mode, theelectric proportional valve accurately controls the pressure, andthe pressure loading is accurate.
- The upper plate is a universal adaptive structure, the platesurface has a good fit effect, ensuring the workpiece processingaccuracy.
- The lower plate adopts high-precision turntable bearings andstatic pressure bearing to ensure the accuracy and stability ofthe lower plate surface.
- Equipped with automatic online measurement system, it canrealize precise control of workpiece lapping thickness and size.
