This series of machine can be used for single-sided high-efficiency grinding of tools, molds, metallurgy,saw blades, bearings, SiC ingots, sapphires and other parts. By replacing the grinding wheel and configuringthe corresponding dressing mechanism, the processing requirements of inner holes and outer circles can bemet.
MAIN FEATURES
- This machine is a multi-process integrated machine that canperform rolling, crystal orientation detection, reference edgegrinding/V-groove grinding in one clamping.
- The main grinding head electric spindle is a customized grindingspindle with excellent rigidity and a rotation speed of up to 9000rpm
- The head frame adopts direct drive motor + circular gratingstructure to form a fully closed-loop control, the workpiece anglepositioning is more accurate, and the crystal direction accuracy iseasy to ensure.
- The crystal direction detection component is built into the headframe, and automatic crystal direction angle detection is performedafter the outer circle is ground to reduce multiple clamping errors;
- The workpiece can be quickly clamped and positioned, theclamping force is adjustable, and it is equipped with an automatictool holder to ensure stable and reliable processing.
- This machine is controlled by a high-end CNC system, and adedicated OEM interface has been developed, which is user-friendly.
