- Complete strip down of the machine with a thorough inspection and replacement, if required, of all worn-out and failed parts with new parts.
- Machining, grinding, tables and bearing bushes.
- Scraping of all guides with best in class accuracy, Turcite Lining applied on guideways as required by construction of machine.
- Rewiring of the entire electrical.
- Reassembly of the machine and realignment of the machine to ensure the original accuracy.
- Painting of the machine.

- For ease of operator and Automatic Down Feed Cycle PLC (NC) Controller Unit is available,
- Manual Vertical Down Feed can be converted into Automatic Vertical Down Feed thru PLC (NC) Controller with servo motor and Drive.
- Touch Screen Operator panel will provide a degree of freedom to operator foreasyprogrammablescreen and same will eliminate the man dependency for precise vertical control. undertake complete machine retrofitting with option of Stepper, NC and CNC control
