3D SURFACE POLISHING MACHINE
MAIN PURPOSE:
This machine is mainly used for automatic sweeping and polishing of flat surfaces and 2.5D and 3D curved surfaces of metal materials such as aluminum alloy and stainless steel and non-metallic materials such as glass and ceramics.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERS:
- This equipment is a multi-station bottom plate vacuum adsorption polishing machine, equipped with a vacuum air-liquid separation device.
- YH2M81116 is designed with 5 workpiece trays for loading and unloading when stopped; YH2M81118 is designed with 8 workpiece trays, 4 are polished at the same time, and 4 are loaded and unloaded without stopping.
- The pressing method of the polishing disc is performed by the servo motor driving the ball screw.
- Adopt touch screen + PLC control mode.
