SGC Series Column Moving Surface Grinding Machine
MAIN PURPOSE:
SGC series of the machine tools is suitable for Die and Mold, Automobile and Heavy Engineering Industry, can be used for steel parts, cast iron, non ferrous metal and non metallic and other large and medium parts grinding.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERS:
- The machine has strong rigidity, stable movement, low noise, low oil tank temperature rise, high grinding accuracy and convenient maintenance.
- High precision Special grinding head spindle with Super precision angular contact bearings. Fully sealed lubrication, long life and high precision.
- 3 Axis Guideways are Turcite coated with independent automatic lubrication device, smooth movement.
- Program Control Series: The Y and Z axis are controlled thru the AC servo motor, and PLC system control will synchronize the automatic grinding cycle.
- CNC Series: The Y and Z-Axis feed using precision Ballscrew, AC servo motor and CNC system control, Feed sensitivity is high, Form grinding, Groove grinding, Step automatic grinding, easy to operate and high efficiency.
- X Axis (Reciprocating) is driven by Hydraulic pressure, using a photoelectric switch to send signals, electro-hydraulic valve reversing, Independent hydraulic power pack, Stable operation and Low noise.
