AUTOMATIC POSITIONING SURFACE POLISHING MACHINE

MAIN PURPOSE:

This equipment is suitable for polishing 2.5D, 3D glass, zirconia, metal and non-metal special-shaped curved surfaces.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERS:

  • The equipment adopts continuous and uninterrupted polishing, loading and unloading methods, 3 stations for processing and 1 station for loading and unloading.
  • The equipment has 3 sets of independent servo lifting processing station loading system, and the loading position of the loading plate is feedback controlled by the motor current.
  • The rotation of the lower plate station is driven by a frequency conversion motor + worm gear reducer, and is positioned by a pin.
  • This machine is equipped with vacuum air-liquid separation device, real-time monitoring of negative pressure, touch screen + PLC control mode.
